• 1-1/4 cups flour
  
• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1/4 lb. cheese
  
• apple jelly
  






Instructions



1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in butter and cheese like piecrust. Spread half of mixture in a square pan. Cover with apple jelly. Put remaining pastry on top. Bake in moderate oven about 20 minutes or until light brown.
