    CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW ROLLS

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
    • 2 Tbsp. water
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    • regular size marshmallows
    • coconut
    • 1-1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Mix first four ingredients together in a small saucepan or double boiler and heat until mixture has thickened to the consistency of pudding, stirring often to prevent sticking. Take off heat and add graham wafer crumbs and stir. Spread coconut on large piece of waxed paper to cover an area of about 6 x 14 inches. Add half the mixture and pat, with buttered fingers to cover coconut. Place row of marshmallows over it and roll up lengthwise like a jellyroll, closing off ends. Using waxed paper and foil, store in freezer, ready for slicing.
