- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/4 cups icing sugar
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 Tbsp. rum
- 6 squares chocolate melted and cooled
- 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
Instructions
- Cream butter. Blend in egg yolk and sugar. Add chocolate, coffee and rum and mix well. Chill to handle, about 3 to 4 hours. Drop by teaspoonfuls into crumbs. Form into balls Roll in wafer crumbs. Chill for 2 hours and store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
