    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can fancy pitted cherries
    • scoops of ice cream
    • 1 tablespoon each cornstarch and water, mixed
    • 2 oz. cherry brandy (approx.)


    Instructions


    1. Put ice cream into dessert dishes and place in freezer. Drain juice from cherries; put in saucepan. Thicken with cornstarch and water and add cherries and warm in the sauce. Before serving, pour about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of brandy on top of sauce. Light and serve over ice cream.
