- Base:
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3 or more Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
- Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 large container of frozen whipped topping
- 1/2 cup fudge sauce (Hershey)
Instructions
- Melt margarine and peanut butter. Add graham crumbs and peanuts. Put in pan. Save 1/2-cup crumbs for top. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter. Add vanilla and beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in Cool Whip; pour over base. Sprinkle on crumbs and drizzle with 1/2 cup fudge sauce and freeze.
