    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
    • 1/3 cup flour (scant)
    • 3 cups milk (approximately)
    • 8 oz. Swiss cheese
    • salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste
    • 2 small onions, chopped
    • 2 stalks celery, chopped
    • 1 frozen pack lobster, thawed reserved lobster liquid
    • 1 lb. shrimp
    • 1 lb. scallops
    • 1 lb. boneless haddock fillets
    • 3 cups cooked macaroni
    • 2 cans sliced mushrooms or 3 cups fresh


    Instructions


    1. Make cream sauce (using lobster liquid as part of the liquid. Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole and top with croutons. Bake at 325 until bubbly.
