    • 1 pound fish fillets
    • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons pesto
    • 1 medium tomato, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Mix mayonnaise and pesto together and spread over fillets on a baking sheet. Sprinkle chopped tomato over top and bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
