    List of Ingredients


    • Dough:
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1/3 cup butter
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 100 ml water
    • Filling:
    • 1-3/4 lbs. carrots
    • 1/2-2/3 lb. pork or other leftover meat
    • 2 tsp. butter
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • 1 egg
    • 3 Tbsp. whipping cream or table cream
    • fresh parsley
    • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
    • salt, sugar, pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cut butter into flour and salt. Add water, knead and put n fridge for at least a 1/2 hour. Pat into greased springform pan, and bake it for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
    2. Filling: Cut carrots in slices, sauté in butter, add rest and season. Put into a crust and bake for 30 more minutes.
