    ALL-PURPOSE MARINADE

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 2/3 cup soya sauce
    • 1 cup lime juice
    • 1 cup pineapple juice
    • 2 cups dark rum
    • 3 Tbsp. fresh ginger
    • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced


    Instructions


    1. Keep in refrigerator in jar for up to 6 weeks. Use with meat and vegetables (1/2 cup per pound of meat.
