List of Ingredients



• 1/2 pint heavy cream
  
• 1 agg yolk
  
• 2-3 tbs. grated cheese
  
• 1/3 stick butter
  
• 4 oz. marinara sauce
  
• 1 oz. vodka
  
• handful chopped proscutto
  






Instructions



1. Brown in butter a handful of chopped proscutto, add marinara sauce. Take pan off burner, add vodka.
   
2. Return pan to burner, add cream, cheese, butter, and egg yolk. Stir while cooking, serve when hot!
