1 can artichoke hearts
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Drain artichokes and chop well.
Mix all ingredients.
Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes.
Watch for browning at edge to show when done.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
