1 lb. ground sausage
1 medium Velveeta cheese
1 can tomato juice
1 loaf mini rye bread
Recipe
Brown sausage.
Add Velveeta, mix through.
Add tomato juice.
Place rye bread slices on greased cookie sheets.
Top with sausage-cheese mixture.
Bake at 350° for 5-10 minutes, until bread has hardened, but is not burned.
