    List of Ingredients




    6-8 lbs. flat cut beef brisket
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    Water
    K.C. Masterpiece BBQ Sauce

    Recipe



    Cut brisket into large pieces to fit into slow cooker.
    Cover brisket with soy sauce and water.
    Cover slow cooker.
    Cook on low for 12 to 18 hours, strongly recommend 16 to 18 hours-the meat will be more tender.
    Drain water.
    Cut fat from brisket and discard.
    Shred meat and return to slow cooker.
    Stir in BBQ sauce and keep warm until serving time.
