    List of Ingredients




    6 or more slices bacon, uncooked
    1 cup rice, uncooked
    3 to 6 chicken pieces, skin left on, white or dark meat
    Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup water
    Garlic salt to taste
    Pinch of nutmeg
    1 teaspoon oregano
    2 to 3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

    Recipe



    Line 9x13-inch pan with uncooked bacon.
    Sprinkle rice over the bacon.
    Place the chicken on top of the rice.
    Salt and pepper.
    Sprikle with paprika.
    Mix together the soup and water.
    Add salt, nutmeg, oregano and parsley flakes.
    Pour over the chicken and cover with heavy foil.
    Cook at 300 degrees for two hours.
