    Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
    ¼ tsp. salt
    ¾ cup granulated sugar
    1 cup package semisweet chocolate chips


    Recipe

    Beat egg whites, vanilla, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form.
    Gradually beat in sugar until mixture is stiff and glossy.
    Fold in chocolate morsels.
    Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet lined with brown paper.
    Bake in preheated oven 300 degrees about 25 minutes.
