    8 oz sour cream
    2 pkg fresh or frozen coconut
    12 oz cool whip







    Recipe



    Mix sugar and sour cream.
    Add coconut and cool whiip
    This recipe is ample for 2 cakes.
    Or 1 4 layer cake
    Or you may use half the frosting and freeze the other half
