    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup whole-grain wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup SPLENDA (R) No Calorie Sweetener
    1/4 tsp table salt
    2 cup Kashi Good Friends Cinna-Raisin Crunch Cereal
    1 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    1 cup blueberries

    Recipe



    Stir together flours, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

    Measure cereal and milk into large mixing bowl. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in egg and oil.

    Add flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Portion batter evenly
    into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400° F for 18 to 20 minutes
    or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
