    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box lemon cake mix
    • 1 egg
    • 1 stick butter, melted
    • TOPPING:
    • 1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese
    • 1 box powdered sugar
    • 2 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350°.
    2. Mix together the first 3 ingredients and press into greased 9 X 12" pan.
    3. Mix together the next 3 ingredients and pour that mixture over the cake mixture.
    4. Bake 40 minutes.
    5. Do not overbake!
