    Toasted Coconut Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 (16 ounce) package yellow cake mix
    1 (3 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 1/3 cups water
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups coconut
    2 cups chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs, and oil in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch baking pans. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool in Pans for 15 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
