    Pink Cloud Pineapple Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (3 ounce) package cherry Jell-O
    16 ounces cottage cheese
    1 (10 ounce) carton whipped topping

    Recipe



    Combine pineapple and gelatin in a large bowl; mix well. Add cottage cheese; mix well. Fold in whipped topping with a spoon. Pour into a large serving bowl; chill. May be stored in refrigerator for 1 week. Makes about 8 servings
