    12 eggs
    6 T. mayonaise
    salt
    pepper
    parsley
    watercress

    Hard-cook at least 12 eggs, cool, cut into halves and separate the yolks. Mash yolks with 6 T. mayonnaise and 1 T. prepared mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the whites with the egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve the eggs in a nest of parsley or watercress sprigs.
