Scalloped Potatoes
Peel 6 large potatoes. Slice thin and place in layers in a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with a little flour. Dot each layer with butter and season with Salt and Pepper. Fill the dish with hot milk up to the top layer of the potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until tender. Cover for the first 20 minutes, then cook uncovered for the remaining period. Makes about 6 servings.
