    Creamy Broccoli Bake

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 can condensed cream of chicken
    1 cup Bisquick
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup firm margarine

    Recipe



    Boil Broccoli until stems are almost tender (about 10-12 minutes) then drain.
    Place broccoli in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart round casserole dish.
    Beat soup and milk together until smooth, then pour over the broccoli.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Mix Bisquick and margarine until crumbly and sprinkle over the cheese.
    Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until crumbs are light brown).
