    *2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    *1 1/4 cup water,divided
    *2 cups whit sugar

    Recipe



    1. Ina small bowl, stir together gelatin and 1/2 cup and 2 TAblespoons of water. set aside to set up.

    2. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, and remaining water. Over low heat, stir until sugar is desolved and let cool.

    3. Combine 2 mixtures and beat with eletric mixer until foamy. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and let set Cut into squares and serve
