8 Chocolate grahm crackers
1 cup low-fat granola
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnut or pecan peices, coarsly chopped
1/2 cup fat-free or low-fat sweetend condensed milk
Recipe
1. Heat oven to 350*. Coat and 8x8 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
2. In medium bowl, combine the grahm crackers, granola, white chocolate chips and walnuts or peacans and mix well. Drizzle the condensed milk over the top and stir well.
3. Using a peice of waxed paper, press the mixture firmly into prepared pan.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until just golden and set. Cool completely. Cut into 10 snack bars.
