    Very easy and TNT cookie recipe. The combinations are endless and some of our favorites include dark chocolate cake mix with white chocolate chips or french vanilla cake mix with chopped pecans and butterscotch chips. Dried cherries and a chocolate cake mix makes a tasty cookie too.

    List of Ingredients




    Cake Mix Cookies


    1 package cake mix -- choose chocolate, devil's food,
    white, yellow or your favorite cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    Choose 1/2 to 1 cup of the following. Can make
    up to 2 selections total.
    Chocolate chips
    Butterscotch chips
    Peanut Butter chips
    walnuts
    pecans
    almonds
    raisins
    dates
    dried cranberries
    dried cherries
    dried apricots
    dried peaches

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In medium mixing bowl, stir together: cake mix, eggs, oil and any
    added extra ingredients. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased
    cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Makes about 24 cookies.
