German Chocolate Cookies
18 1/4 ounces German chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine -- melted
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, eggs, margarine and oat; mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and raisins. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
