Bisquick


List of Ingredients




1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup margarine -- softened
1 sugar -- or brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups Bisquick® baking mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.

Mix together all the ingredients EXCEPT the Bisquick. Beat until smooth. Stir in Bisquick. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set but not hard.

Makes 72 smallish cookies.
