Mac and Cheese Pie

List of Ingredients




1 cup macaroni -- uncooked, 3 1/2 ounces
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1 1/2 cups skim milk
pinch red pepper -- or 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place uncooked macaroni in pie pan and then sprinkle with 1 3/4 cups cheese.

Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie pan.

Cover and bake 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake another 5 to 10 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese melts.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
