    1 large egg -- plus enough water to equal 1 cup
    1/3 cup honey
    3 tablespoons soft butter
    3 cups bread flour
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    2 tablespoons dry milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast

    Place whole egg in glass measuring cup. Add water to make 1 cup.

    Add all ingredients according to manufacturer's directions.

    Select Basic/White and use Medium/Light crust setting.

    Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
