    Dear Danish Recipes

    2 eggs
    2 1/2 cups milk
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt

    Beat eggs well and add milk. Sift together flour and salt. Add to milk and egg mixture and mix well. Spread about 1/3 cup batter onto a hot greased griddle over medium-high heat. Fry until light brown and then flip and cook on the other side. Spread with butter,sugar, and jelly. Roll up. Can also be eaten as a traditional pancake.
