Cinnamon Cream Syrup
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the cream, sugar and cinnamon. Whisking constantly, cook until the sugar has melted and the syrup is hot, about 1 1/2 minutes. Makes 1 1/3 cups. Serve with pancakes. Refrigerate and reheat as needed.
