List of Ingredients
4 carrots -- peeled and sliced
2 cups chicken -- cubed
1 small chopped onion
2 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 pound egg noodlesRecipe
Add all ingredients to slow cooker EXCEPT egg noodles. Cook on low 8 hours. At the end of cooking time, cook egg noodles on stove top. Add noodles to slow cooker, if desired, thicken broth with cornstarch and water.
Tip: When thickening with cornstarch and water, add some of the broth to your cornstarch mixture first. This will prevent any lumps from forming.
