Carrot Cake

List of Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons soda
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 cups grated carrots
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and soda together.
Beat eggs and add with sugar and oil to first mixture.
Last add carrots.
Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes, testing with a toothpick.
Frost.
