    8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
    1/2 cup soft butter
    3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Blend cream cheese and butter until blended, about 30 seconds. Add the powdered sugar, a bit at a time, blending at low speed until the sugar is well incorporated, about 1 minute until fluffy.
