List of Ingredients




1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, water and vanilla; beat until smooth.

Pour into a 8 x 4 or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, greased bottom only.

Microwave on High (100 percent), uncovered, 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly, rotate dish once. Cool; frost as desired.

Combination Oven: Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Microwave-bake 3 to 5 minutes.
