1 2/3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar packed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans chopped
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt and pecans with fork. Add
water and remaining ingredients into flour mixture. Pour into ungreased
8 x 8-inch pan.

Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40
minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

Tip: Cake can be mixed in pan if desired.
