Campbelled Eggs
10 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup -- condensed
8 eggs -- beaten
1 dash pepper
2 tablespoons margarine
Recipe
Stir soup until smooth. Beat in eggs and pepper. Heat butter in skillet. Add egg mixture. Cook until eggs are set but still very moist, stirring lightly. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives, if desired. Serves 4.
TNT and we also use cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of celery. YUMMY!!
