    4 eggs
    1/4 cup water -- or cream or milk
    dash salt
    dash pepper

    Beat eggs and water (or milk or cream), salt and pepper together. Spray the top double boiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place top of double boiler pan over simmering water and add the eggs. Scramble, stirring occasionally, until eggs are thick and creamy.
