    4 poached eggs
    1 cup Mornay sauce
    4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- freshly grated

    Place eggs in a greased shallow baking dish. Top with Mornay Sauce and then cheese. Brown under broiler and serve at once.

    Serves 4.
