    2 Chicken Breast
    1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary crushed
    1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 Teaspoon Montreal Chicken Seasoning see note*
    1/2 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
    4 *Hoagie Rolls

    Recipe



    Add spices to shallow dish and mix to combine. Coat chicken with spice mixture. Cook chicken stove top in a pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. You can also grill the chicken.

    Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

    Slice meat diagonally and freeze in labeled containers. Thaw and serve in sandwiches. You can also serve the cooked chicken slices over pasta.
