    Apricot-Topped Ham Slices


    3/4 pound ham slices -- 1/2 inch thick
    3 tablespoons apricot preserves
    1 tablespoon corn oil

    Recipe



    Trim any fat from ham. In large skillet over medium heat, heat preserves and oil until bubbly. Add ham slices; cook turning once, until heated through. To serve, roll up slices and serve with sauce from pan. Serves 4. 261 calories, 18 grams fat, 43 mg cholesterol
