List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
On foil in casserole or small roaster place ground beef.
Mix dry soup with mushroom soup. Spoon over meat. Do up foil. Cover. Bake in 350 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. If meat is frozen, there is no need to thaw. Allow 1 3/4 to 2 hours for cooking. Quantity of meat may be doubled. Flavor will still be good but there won't be as much gravy. For best results double both soups as well. Allow about 2 to 2 1/4 hours to cook 3 pounds. One recipe will serve 4.
