Chicken Mornay

2 cups cooked chicken breast halves -- cubed
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Swiss cheese -- grated
salt and pepper -- to taste
Melt butter and add flour. Cook 1 minutes. Stir in milk until smooth. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens. Add Swiss cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken. Serve. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
