Creamy Chicken and Noodles
4 chicken breast halves without skin
2 tablespoons margarine
1/3 cup green onion -- sliced thin
1 can Cream of Chicken soup, condensed
paprika
8 ounces spaghetti
Rinse and dry chicken breasts. Spray a 11 x 7-inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Place chicken breasts in baking dish rounded side down. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle with green onion. Turn. Place back in oven and bake 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and spread chicken soup over breasts. Dust with paprika. Bake 15 minutes more until chicken breasts are done. Meanwhile bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 8 ounces of spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain. Portion out spaghetti onto 4 plates. Place a chicken breast and equal amount of sauce onto each portion. Serve. Serves 4.
