    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 cup vegetable oil

    In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper and dry mustard then add vinegar and honey. Slowly beat in vegetable oil using an electric mixer or rotary beater.

    Makes 1 1/3 cups.
