    I've made this recipe a few times as it's a good way to use a small amount of ham.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/3 cups cooked leftover ham
    Water
    1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin, 1 envelope
    1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, diced

    Recipe



    Add the ham to a food processor and process until small pieces form.

    Add the ham pieces to a small saucepan and add just enough water to moisten ham. Add 3 tablespoons more water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and then sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top. Stir constantly for 3 minutes.

    Allow the ham mixture to cool until room temperature then add the cheese.

    Pour ham mixture into a 2 cup container. Seal and refrigerate overnight.

    Slice and use to make sandwiches.

    Do not freeze.
