    This is not real bread but will be a good substitute for those who should give it up but may need a little hlep


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup Flax Meal
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinamon
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon melted (or very soft) butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients well in a coffee cup
    2. Microwave on high for 1 minute
    3. Remove and enjoy with butter, honey, jam, etc.


    Final Comments


    The flax give you 100% of your daily Omega 3 requirements. This is also a great "bread" for diabetics as there are no bad carbs to mess with your blood sugar. If you are trying to lose weight this is a great substitute for real bread.
