    bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups chopped unpeeled apples
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 beaten egg
    • 1/2 cup cooking oil
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. blend sugar and apples. Let stand for 30 minutes
    2. add egg, oil and vanilla to apples and sugar mixture.
    3. Add all dry ingredients and stir
    4. bake in a greased 8x8x2 or a 7x11x2 pan
