Corned Beef and Cabbage

cook on high setting for 1 hour then low setting for 8 - 10 hours.
List of Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 6 wedges
- 2 - 2 1/2 pound corn beef brisket w seasoning packet
- water
- 1 head cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 tbls Dijon mustard
Instructions
- in the crockpot, combine potatoes, carrots and onions
- put corned beef on top of vegetables
- sprinkle corned beef with seasonings from packet
- add enough water just to cover the corned beef
- cover, and cook for above noted time
- when fully cooked, slice corned beef across grain into thin slices
- Mix applesauce with Dijon mustard and pour over sliced corned beef
